This company treats theriu clients with contempt

I would prefer to have given this business less than one star. The service was way worse than shocking. It was shockingly disgusting. Many promises that KIM would call me back, then promises that KEEGAN would call me back. KIM had every excuse in the book not to speak to me, meetings, out, on the phone, usually all at the same time. iF YOU MESSED UP JUST APOLOGISE AND CORRECT IT. 8 parcels from one company. 5 arrived via other couriers asap, yet you could not get your act together. I will ensure that nobody I knows ever uses your company, not for the mistake you made, but because of the utter contempt that you treat your clients.
