This company needs to burn

Pathetic Service from this courier, actaully pathetic is an understatement. We have been waiting for a package from Telkom, we have been calling numerous times and we are just always being transferred and being told that they will ask the driver to deliver at a particular time or ive been told that the driver will call me and nothing has been delived and no phone call from the driver thus far. I find this utterly distasteful and totally unacceptable, how can a company lie to their customers with such easy.
