Think twice

Think twice. An overnight parcel sent 2 weeks ago was returned to me saying the building was closed etc. etc. It took them 2 weeks to return important documents to us without notifying us that they had alleged problems delivering the parcel. The business they say was closed when they wanted to deliver was open. Disgusting service!!
