A very bad service we received from this company that left us distressed and not knowing what to do. We missed a call which we returned within 5 minutes but the person who picked up shouted at us for calling him with a private number and told us he had already passed he was calling for a delivery, when we tried to ask him how were we supposed to know about this delivery when we never even received an sms to confirm that we must expect the delivery, he was shouting and when we tried to ask for a way forward he said he will come, so we asked if somebody else can take the parcel because my husband might be around since he doesn’t want to confirm the time, he told us to contact his company of which we did but they told us no one else can take the parcel except for my husband we accepted but the courier didn’t want to confirm delivery. Strange thing is their call center couldn’t track our order with the reference that was sent to us by Telkom, what was he delivering? Who authorized the delivery? He refused to give us his name but we have his contact number. The call center new nothing about our parcel, is this how they ***** the parcels? Even now we don’t know whether to expect this delivery or not.
