They dont deliver

This is worse service i dont know why businesses are still using this company, my order was sent to them on 14th december 2024 and still today 17th January my order has not been delivered, yesterday i received a call from delivery guy and it rang once and i answer then the person dropped immediately i answer, and now on their status it says contact unavailable. This is bull****..
