theft by courierit

courerit doesn't even deserve any stars. the service is pertetic and ***********. was sent a message on the 9th July with confirmation of my waybill have been tracking my delivery since then only to find out that my parcel was sent to the wrong place due the incompetence of them. now im being told that i must wait till monday the following week for my delivery. i will be opening a police case for theft, because the Head office cannot resolve the complain and indicate where my parcel is.
