The worst service filled with lies from its employees

The worst service ever from Courier it. An sms was sent stating that delivery will take place today between 8am - 5pm. I phoned to follow up as I work in different towns. They confirmed that someone is on his way. 3 hours later I call, same lady different story the guy is only coming at 4pm. At 16:20 I contact them and then I’m told the guy is on his way. No sense of urgency on this matter from them. I call shortly before 17:00 and a driver is contacted who confirms to have my parcel and on his way. The delivery was just never made. So annoying whole day gone to waste with my airtime at that.
