The worst delivery service

Based on all the other reviews, I cannot understand why Adidas continues to make use of Courierit as their delivery partner. My consistent with other disgruntled customer experiences where I'm constantly receiving notifications that my package is our for delivery and I should be at the provided address and then nothing shows up on that day. This has to be the worst online shopping experience I've ever experienced, even Shein and Temu deliveries are seamless with tracking that actually keeps you informed and updated of your package whereabouts.

I've tried calling and no one ever answers, this has to be the worst courier business in South Africa I'm sure of it!
