The worst delivery experience ever

I was supposed to receive a delivery Wednesday from ZA Nootropics (and have received from them many times to the same address and quickly).

Last week I was notified many times of failure to deliver, and even after supplying contact details they still did not contact. Following on that I contacted them via email by Friday, and to date have got no response on that email.

I then received another unable to deliver message on Saturday(miscommunication), and attempted to call CourierIT, and no answer on Saturday. Following the tracking info it shows "SIPHELELE NDLOVU" is going to deliver.

Monday I was able to get through and was told the driver would call me, and eventually the item was delivered, but still no call (miscommunication).

To make matters worse, in that time I had received 5 packages from various other companies using the exact same delivery address, which were also on time and no miscommunication involved, and did what they said.
