The worst Courier Service I have dealt with

I ordered a new cellphone with Telkom, which used this courier to deliver it. On the 19th May 2022 I received a sms informing me my parcel was on the way and that I should be available to receive it. Up to today, 24th May 2022 I receive a similar sms every day but no delivery. My online qeueries always get a response that the driver ran out of time for the delivery. I called their customer services twice and they promised to call me back but they do not. I am practically stuck at home waiting for them no for a week, for a delivery from their branch that is 20kms from my place. I have never dealt with a courier company with such a poor delivery timelines and customer service. Today I onformed Telkom that if they donot deliver today, I am cancelling the contract.
