Utterly disgusted with this service

I ordered a parcel on the 29 of July Received notification 2 days in a row advising that vehicle has broke down Yah right after numerous emails and calls I was told that my package would be delivered today 2nd of August 2022 here I am still waiting at 18:31

Was told my parcel would be delivered between 4-5 pm then was told my area would be the last one also to add on no ETA can be given for my area funny actually sickening

This is suppose to be a gift and look at your service not even tracking was updated
