The Rudeness of CourierIt

The worst, rudest and most inefficient courier. My package was delayed by a whole week, they then delivered to the wrong address, then called me to rectify the address...which the guy did not listen to and wrote what he liked. The day they said they would deliver the driver calls to tell me if this address is wrong I must go meet him where he is. The call centre agents Jessica and Sumeya we of little use and help, I had to call the driver and pass these details onto them. I asked the driver to send me a picture of parcel to check address to which I established it was done incorrectly. The attitude I got for Jessica, telling me her manager could not help and I should go fetch the parcel was unprofessional and so condescending. Sumeya also was not much help till I had to start doing half her job for her. Courierit was digusting service.
