The only courier company that DON'T DELIVER.

The only courier company that doesn't deliver (if you live in a complex)!! Many times have I used the services of Courierit and every time I was let down. I live in a complex and I am a stay at home mother. Every time I receive a notification of delivery that would be done on the day and I need to make myself available. I sat waiting the whole day yesterday. The next day I receive a notification to contact them for re-delivery. I cannot see the gate nor can I communicate with anyone wanting to enter the property. They won't even send a text/whatsapp/call at the gate so I can open up. I've used the services of many different courier companies and the others always phone when they are at the gate. For some reason Courierit just won't do that. Why?? I have returned many parcels because of that in the past. You get payed to deliver my parcel. And if Courierit can't get with technology then use a damn tooter. Is it that difficult?
