The lady Treasure is a TREASURE in CourierIT

The only reason I have come here to say something GOOD about this Company CourierIT is because of a lady called TREASURE in their Jobourg office. This is my first time dealing with this company and I found it very frustrating as I interacted with their staff with no help in sight. UNTIL I phoned yesterday and encountered this lady called Treasure. She went out of her way to make sure my problem was solved even going as far as working past her closing hours just to find me a solution. I had spoken to others who had promised to sort things out and call me back - but they neither sorted my issues out nor even had the courtesy to call me back as promised. But Treasure did both. And today she called me again to check that everything was in other as well as giving me other helpful information. If her boss is reading this I believe that lady is a TREASURE to your company - she makes you look good and if I were you I would think of promoting her to a managerial position where she can help others serve like she does.
