The company Courier it delivered my tender document to the wrong address twice already . They think and apology is adequate when hours of work go into the tenders . They jeopardize our opportunity for business growth

The Second lot of tender documents was supp**** with GPS co-ordinates and it does not end up in the tender box where it was supposed to be placed . The staff are as *********** as their management team , as careful instructions were sent to make sure the documents go to the right place and yet again they have failed . I cannot adequately convey my anger for what has happened They are outright useless .
