The badest service by CourierIT

If there was a NEGATIVE *** I would rate this company at that negative number because wow. I have been taken from pillar to post since and when i call no one cares about my delivery. First they transported my order to a wrong province now its been 5 days of me calling everyday and they are not doing anything to try to get my parcel to me. Their consultants will put me on hold for more than 30 minutes only to come and say there is nothing they can do on their side. I am extremely ****ed off at the service they are giving me.
