The agent Thuli was so helpful and amazing
The agent Thuli was so helpful and amazing. She was able to see where the package was and assisted in amending the delivery address. She said she’ll get back to me as soon as she has more information and she did. This morning I got a call to let me know the package is out for delivery. Thanks to her, I can relax a bit. Amazing job.
