The absolute worst courier company

This company is ABSOLUTELY useless. I received messages stating that the package was out for delivery and it did not arrive. When I checked the tracking portal, it said that the receipient was not at the delivery address to receive the parcel. This is utter nonsense as I work from home and was at the address the whole day. I called the call centre and spoke to Tebogo who said that the driver was not reachable on his cell phone and that he would send an email. Not a single email address listed on their website works - all come back to say that the @courierit.co.za does not exist. I do not remommend this company at all.
