Thank you Kim and team for solving a dificult delivery due to incompetence on the service provider's side

The company was very accommodating and helpful after the service provider messed up to get my delivery address right even despite multiple confirmations and numerous calls.

I just want to say a very big thank you to Kim Petrus, who handled the situation with utmost professionalism and was very caring and understanding with me. This is my first experience with Courierit, but given that they went above and beyond to rectify the service provider's incompetence, I would gladly recommend them as a courier service.
