Terribly Poor Service

The staff at this company are all terrible in handling customer queries. I have waited 8 days for a delivery and they keep making excuses: like wrong street (which you can find on any google maps platform), They even lost the way bill number which was provided to them. Suddenly their systems are off line and they never call back after promising to do so. I NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!
