Terrible Service - zero accountability - untrained agents - Dont pick up calls

Courierit is gone to the dogs, absolute terrible service. They actually sent me a booking confirmation and failed to deliver on the day its confirmed for. i have lost 2 sales on it. whos liable for that cost now?
