Terrible service, rude personnel. Disgusting

Received an SMS that my package would be delivered. After an entire day of waiting with no communication whatsoever, my package was not delivered and upon calling, I was told the driver is delayed and I will not receive my package by a rude nonchalant Mbali Zude who told me that despite receiving the message that delivery would be Friday, it had without notice changed to Monday and that was that. Never ever use this company, they are unprofessional
