Terrible Service – Package Still Not Delivered!

A collection was booked from one of our suppliers in Epping, Cape Town, for delivery to Diep River, Cape Town, on 20 February 2025. Today is 11 March 2025, and despite numerous calls and emails, our package has still not been delivered.

Having worked with multiple courier companies over the years, I can confidently say this has been the worst experience. Due to Courier IT’s negligence, our company has suffered significant financial losses.

We have since switched to The Courier Guy, and the difference is night and day—efficient, friendly, and excellent customer service.

Courier IT, shame on you for taking clients’ money and failing to deliver the service you advertise.
