Terrible service. Package still not arrived after 4 days of ETA

Terrible service!! Not in DHL’s class at all! They **** saying they were at my gate, because no one called or rang the bell. Then they said they’ll come the next day (Saturday) and they’ll be here before 12. Then they actually called on Saturday and said it will be here in a few hours. The. No one arrived. When we called they said it is now Monday. We schedule our whole day around this pathetic company and they let us down each time. They are more like the post office than a courier company.
