Terrible service from courierit

I write this with great frustration I've been waiting for my parcel to be delivered from the 7th of February till date which is 12th of March they have never delivered my parcel nor contacted me I saw on their link that they never delivered my parcel because it is a high risk area and those are pure lies because I live in a rural area where cars are left overnight in unfenced homes and they are untouched, the laundry can be left on the line at night. They have the worst service ever
