Terrible service from COURIERIT

i have been waiting for my parcel for the past two weeks , they keep sending me sms that my parcel will be delivered yet nothing gets delivered

tried calling their office spoke to a very *********** Indian lady who transferred me to Ayanda Motshwene that team is not helpful at all

the delivery guy as per the tracking number is Bongani Khumalo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this company is very inconveniencing and unprofessional
