Terrible service from Courierit

I ordered coffee from Nespresso on the 26 May 2025. On the 27 May I was advised by sms from Courierit that my nespresso parcel will be delivered . From the 28 of May to today 04/06/25 I have been advised that my parcel will be delivered today and then at the end of the day a note sorry to late for delivery This is the worst service I have experienced
