Terrible service from COURIERIT

This courier service is one of the worst I've dealt with. They have no communication, minimal tracking, you get the runaround when you call. They had the audacity to ask me if I can fetch my parcel as they backlogged. WHAT'S THE POINT OF COURIER SERVICE THEN? My order was dispatched on the 29th of November and set for overnight delivery. If I never call them they would have never escalated it for delivery. The day of delivery finally comes I have to call them to ask where is the driver he was supposed to deliver in the morning they tell me deliveries are until 5pm, this was now 3pm the driver will be there between 4 and 5pm. I call again at 4:30 bc still no delivery so I call again and I ASK THEM, what address do you'll have for me? They had the wrong address all this time! They couldn't call and confirm? After me having to take my resources to call and call???
