Terrible service

BAD BAD BAD!! get sms that says out for delivery in the morning and by the end of the day it says package could not be delivered, and it repeats itself each day. when you phone them, they say they will transfer you to customer care and nobody answers. i got through once and they where going to call the driver and phone me back and they don't phone you back. And then you cant get hold of anybody again,.
