Terrible service

On there website it says 72hr delivery My parcel was collected on the 7th now they say I will receive it Monday as it was send to the wrong location Now they give the business that they collected it from the blame to say they gave the wrong address But the address on the tracking is clearly the right address from the day they picked it up Even when you phone them had to hold for 20min 3 times I phoned and still didn't speak to the person that they transferred me to I will not recommend this company to anyone
