Terrible service.

I ordered from adidas and my parcel was shipped on the 5th June. If reached Durban on the 6th June. There has been no updates on tracking after that. I have called at least 20 times and most times they don’t pick up the phone. When I was able to get through I was told my parcel was there but they don’t know why it’s not scheduled for delivery. Then the second time I did get through I was told it would arrive before 1pm. Nothing received and not answering again.
