Terrible service, do not use this company!

Seems I am not the only person whose parcel "dissapeared" after being collected by CourierIt. After investigating for 3 days I was told the delivery van on which my parcel was loaded was hi-jacked. This I had to find out from Postnet from where I originally sent it. More than a week later and no one from CourierIt has bother to get in contact with me either to apologise or explain to me what happened. I will never make use of their services again. They also charge double what other companies do and at the same time manage to lose your parcel
