Terrible service

Terrible service especially when parcels are been delivered at the Vaal. Yesterday I was expecting a parcel from work, the guy who was delivering my parcel (Named Obert, that's even if he gave me the correct name) phoned my collogue and my colleague phoned me to inform me that the guy says he is in my area. I then phoned the guy immediately (I did not even take 5 minutes) and with the attitude he had told me that he was not longer in my area. So my question to him was, how can he say he was no longer in my area within 3 - 5 minutes? I then phoned to escalate as the parcel is very urgent. I was then put through to his manager named Nicky, who advised that he will resend somebody to deliver the parcel after hours. Till now I am waiting for the parcel. Really terrible service and from management to fail to sort out issues/escalations.
