Terrible service and support

Package not collected after 2-3 days. Customer service unhelpful and hard to get in touch with. Tell them to fetch a pakage before close of business and they put it down for 2 hours after office is closed. ( we stipulated 16:00 they take it as collect at 18:00 ) Unforfilled promisses.
