Terrible service

Respected sir,

With due respect, I would like to bring to your knowledge that I have requested and received a quote for a parcel to be delivered from your Kimberley branch to Windhoek, Namibia. The quotation amount was R568.34 and was accepted and paid for on the 4th January 2021.But because I missed the deadline/ cutoff time,I could only receive the tax invoice the following day
