TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!

Online order was scheduled for delivery on Sunday 02 June. I understood that it would fall on the Monday since I gave my work address. From Friday 31 May I received messages that the order was out in delivery. Eventually called them on Tuesday and asked to pick up since it seemed they had issues delivering.

I was then told that the parcel was in the warehouse and they had to look for it. Once found they would call me. Nothing. I then went to their premises and security would not let me in. Asked for the tracking number and I was told the parcel was out for delivery.

I keep getting messages everyday about my parcel being out on delivery, but nothing is delivered. No one answers their calls and when they do, they put you through and call rings until it cuts off. What a DISGUSTING company and utterly terrible service. I am thinking of cancelling this order as I needed the parcel for a specific date which has passed.
