Terrible service

Terrible service received. In general i am a patient person but what frustrated me the most was when i called to check the status of my Parcel at 9am the guy called the driver while i was holding on the other side and he said to me that my parcel will be delivered before 12am. By 13:15 still no parcel was received and still no changes happened on the online tracking so i called again just to be told that my parcel will only be delivered the next day. Seriously could they not tell me that from the start wich would have been fine but now i had to wait at home and couldn't tend to my clients as i had to wait to be able to receive the parcel. very annoying
