Terrible services

I feel like a 1 Star rating is a compliment to Courierit, the rating should be in the negatives as the service is worse than terrible. I received a message on the 24th of June that my package was unfortunately unable to be delivered, I was never contacted so I don't understand why, I called them and they needed me to give my delivery address (*crickets*). I give them my address and delivery is promised for the following day (25 June 2020). On the 25th at 11 a.m I call them because at this point I know nothing was done so I am at least I am giving them the day to sort out their mess, they politely tell me my order is NOT loaded and I will receive it on Friday, like that was not a shocker enough the next question left me dead * Sir, please give me your delivery address *

Anyway my package has still not been delivered on the 26th after speaking to everyone at Courierit, I realize I made a mistake purchasing from Telkom.
