Terrible service

Terrible service. Package never delivered yesterday, no communication about it whatsoever - I had to call them and find out what’s happening - now it’s some error that they cannot deliver. Call centre dropped calls on me at some point also. Why bother in the delivery business if you cannot deliver?!
