TERRIBLE SERVICE

ARE YOU ACTUALLY WORKING?? I have been waiting for my parcel for 3 days which i get sms from you saying your order is out for delivery today, its 3 days later. i have ordered dog food, and my dog doesnt have food, so if i am not going to get my food today i will take this further. I tried phoning 4 times and every time the receptions says hold on i wait more then 5min and still no answer. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHEN AM I GOING TO GET MY PARCEL AS PROMISED. MY TRUST IS NO BROKEN AND I WILL MAKE SURE ANYONE I DEAL WITH WILL NOT USE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
