Terrible service

We have experienced terrible service from this company, their employees do not take their work seriously, the guy was supposed to deliver parcel from Telekom yesterday, the guy came find my wife and find that the proof of address is not what he's looking for, then agreed to do affidavit at police then we call him once done, we did all he wanted from us. Since yesterday he's being lying that he is coming but he doesn't arrive, when we try to call him keep making excuses that he's coming but still our parcel is not delivered. Now feel being undermined by this company. I am giving this company maximum of two hours to deliver our parcel or else il post on social media with full details about their bad service. The delivery guy is Thabo Sekete, this guy doesn't take us serious. Last night received tracking sms that he is on his way but he ddnt arrive, this morning he said he's coming but until now he hasn't arrived. We will never continue tolerate this terrible service, he has two hours to deliver or il post on social media about COURIER IT company!
