Terrible service

They had to deliver my parcel on Thursday and I took a day off and stayed home the whole day and eventually called the call centre around 17:00 only to be told the driver said "he came" but no one lives at my address, mind you he ddnt even call to let me know he was there. So now I was told they will deliver on Friday and I am supposed to be home again and I did, took another day off and waited for them. I eventually decided to call the call centre again at 14:00 only to be told that my parcel never left the warehouse.

I mean what kind of nonsense is that and the decency of the call centre agent to tell me how I am supposed to feel because of their incompetence.

They are just a ridiculously unprofessional company and I don't understand why is anyone using it.
