Terrible service

I have had 2 adidas orders that were delivered by courierit and both did not arrive in time. First time I ordered I had to wait 7 working days for delivery, on the delivery date the driver told me he cannot come to my area without an escort therefore he will deliver on the next day as if he didn't see my address before coming out for delivery.

The second time I waited even longer, my parcel arrived in Durban on the 3rd of September 2024 but they schedule the delivery for the 12th. They made a delivery attempt on the 11th and I was not available since the tracker told me the delivery will be on the 12th. The delivery was then rescheduled to be on the 13th and I had already made arrangements for the 12th.

I beg adidas to stop using courier it. Their service is absolutely shocking.
