terrible service

<p>I received a package that was sent via Courier It. The box was badly damaged and all the contents were smashed. I emailed them immediately and received no response. After the second email they insist that the box was intact when it was delivered. Poor customer service. I will never use them or recommend their services to anyone. No respect for goods they are handling and deny any wrongdoing. Pathetic.</p>
