Terrible service

I closed onnfriday and had to go home in Limpopo but I had a parcel from telling so I decided to wait for it. Yesterday I got an sms saying I will receive in 24 hours. Today I got another one that my parcel will be delivered in 24 hours later on I got another sms saying they cannot deliver today. I called several times and wssbtold they couldn't got hold of me but to my surprise no sms no call. Yet they can sms saying they cannot get hold of me. Am left confused not knowing wet to do. Please assist me. I need to travel home for holidays in Limpopo.
