Terrible Service

I have been waiting for my order from Telkom via Courier It. All they do is to send me sms's that my delivery will be done between 8 - 5. I have been calling them to trace the delivery and they keep on saying the driver is on the way. Their consultants are very unprofessional and rude when you enquire. They don't even call me to inform me about the progress, I must hold on the phone for like 30 minutes before it can be answered. Their service is very bad, do not use this company ever!!!
