Terrible service

CourierIt is terrible I ordered from both shoe city and dunns an my orders were handed over to CourierIt on the 03 Jun showing EDD of 11 Jun but I never received my orders. So this morning I call Shoe city to find where is my order and they told me it shows is out for delivery for today 13th Jun. At 16: 30 still no delivery so I call CourierIt Bloemfontein branch only to discover my parcel is still at the warehouse 10 days later. Now I'm here wondering if I hadn't called would I have ever gotten my parcels from CourierIt.
