Terrible Service

<p>I would like to extend my dissatisfaction, terrible service that I have received from Courieritsince my package was schdduled tk be delievered with them. My reference number is smart ********** 3 and everytime I call them because there is no update on the website, I am told that someone will call me from the Capr Town office and no one calls me to give an uodate on the delivery of my package and it is already Wednesday today eith no update and all the emails on your websites to do not, even the auto ated response ones are rejected as the doimain is not existing. I need an uodate and someone to call me bsedd on this today.</p>
