Terrible, no contact person - delivery dropped for no reason

I order a package on December 1. Got told there would be a 10-15 day delay. They eventually ship it on Dec20. Get a notification its on the truck 8am December 24th. Get a notification at 4pm to say it's on the way. Get a notice at 4:08 saying Courierit won't be delivering to me, no reason why. Call for an hour no response. Currently it's returned to the Cape Town depot. At least let me fetch it so I can make my ***** one's Christmas, no answer. Thanks guys.
