Terrible delivery service

It has been two days that my delivery has not been delivered. I keep getting the notification that it wasn’t delivered because the driver ran out of time. Surely if this guy ran out of time on the first day he would prioritize my delivery on the next day. This is completely unacceptable. It’s frustrating dealing with this sort of incompetence
